What is drivoo?

drivoo is an executive chauffeur and airport-transfer platform operating across all seven emirates of the UAE. Book now or ahead, hire by the hour, travel between emirates or arrange an airport transfer, with vetted chauffeurs and a fare quoted before you travel.

How does drivoo pricing work?

When you enter your pickup and destination you see one fixed, all-inclusive price before you confirm, with VAT included. Salik tolls and, where it applies, parking are passed through at cost and itemised on your receipt.

How does airport Meet & Greet work?

For an airport pickup you add your flight number and we track it to landing. Once you clear immigration and baggage, your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals pickup point. Add Meet & Greet when you book, where offered, and your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board. Complimentary waiting time is included after you land.

What vehicle classes do you offer?

Three classes: drivoo Go and drivoo Black, typically for one to three passengers, and drivoo Van, typically for groups of up to six with extra luggage. Capacity varies by car: when you book, enter your passengers and bags and we offer the classes with a car that takes them.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up to a set time before pickup, which depends on the booking and is shown when you book. An on-demand ride is free to cancel until a chauffeur accepts it, and for a short time after. After that a cancellation fee applies. See our cancellation policy for full detail.
